nAbout the role :
nWe are looking for a Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our technology ecosystem built on Zoho. This person will coordinate across external technology vendors, Zoho consultants, our in-house AI Generalist, and internal business teams to ensure each project is delivered smoothly, on time, and to the required standard.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of all Zoho-based technology projects.n




- Create clear project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, ownership structures, and delivery plans for every phase of development.n
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s internal workflows and ERP system on Zoho.n
- Oversee the integration between the Zoho backend and the client-facing website, ensuring accurate, secure, and real-time exchange of information through APIs.n
- Ensure each client profile on the website reflects the correct real-time data captured across relevant Zoho systems.n
- Coordinate with external technology vendors, Zoho consultants, developers, and the in-house AI Generalist to align technical execution with business requirements and automate tasks wherever possiblen
- Manage the implementation and optimisation of Zoho CRM, reports, analytics dashboards, automations, and other relevant modules.n
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear technical brief
