Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth, primarily across the B2 B segment. The role will involve building a robust sales pipeline, acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, developing partnerships, and identifying new avenues for business and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, proactive, confident in client interactions,
and capable of independently owning the business development cycle.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive B2 B business development through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and other channels.
· Generate, qualify, manage, and convert leads into new business opportunities.
· Identify and approach corporates, organizations, institutions, and potential strategic partners.
· Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
· Identify new markets, customer segments, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
· Explore new strategies, channels, and approaches to strengthen Soul Era's B2 B presence.
· Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups and opportunity progression.
· Understand client requirements and present suitable Soul Era solutions.
