We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Inside Sales professional with 1–5 years of experience to drive sales engagement and business development for Siemens Digital Industries Software solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting solution discussions, and supporting the sales cycle across PLM, MES, APS, CAD/CAM, Simulation, Io T, Low-Code, and Data & AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, Linked In, campaigns, and other sales channels.
Engage with prospective customers to understand their business, engineering, manufacturing, and digital transformation requirements.
Promote and position Siemens Digital Industries Software solutions across:
PLM – Product Lifecycle Management
MES – Manufacturing Execution Systems
APS – Advanced Planning & Scheduling
CAD/CAM – Computer-Aided Design & Manufacturing
Simulation & Engineering Solutions
Io T & Industrial Digitalization




Low-Code Application Development
Data & AI Solutions
Conduct initial product/solution discussions and presentations with prospects.
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
Qualify opportunities based on customer requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
Coordinate with field sales, presales, technical consultants, and solution teams for qualified opportunities.
Schedule product demonstrations, discovery meetings, and technical discussions.
Maintain accurate customer and chance information in CRM systems.
Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with internal teams where required.
Track sales activities, conversion metrics, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
