nJob Summary: A leading AI integration and AI tech startup is hiring for a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to design and implement an end-to-end manufacturing ERP and automation ecosystem. The role involves configuring and extending ERPNext/Frappe, integrating systems, and building automated workflows for production, inventory, quality, subcontracting, and costing. The ideal candidate will combine strong manufacturing process knowledge with hands-on expertise in ERP architecture, Python, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.

nRoles and Responsibilities:
n1. Manufacturing Process Architecture
nAnalyse manufacturing processes together with operational stakeholders and translate them into scalable digital workflows. Design the target operating model for:

- production orders;n
- work-in-progress;n
- subcontracted operations;n
- quality control;n
- rework;n
- finished goods;n

nIdentify process gaps, manual activities and opportunities for automation.
n2. ERPNext / Frappe Architecture
nConfigure and extend ERPNext / Frappe to support the manufacturing model. Own the architecture of:
