Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold email, Linked In, Whats App, and other outbound channels.
Identify agencies, marketers, startups, and businesses that require B2 B contact data and outreach solutions.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with potential clients and partners.
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the leadership team.
Create and optimize outbound campaigns to maximize response and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline in the CRM.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data and insights.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in B2 B sales.
Collaborate with the founders to execute growth and partnership initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident speaking with prospects over phone and video calls.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using Linked In, email, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic understanding of B2 B sales or digital marketing is a plus.
Eligibility
• Undergraduate or postgraduate students, or recent graduates.
• Candidates interested in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
Prior internship or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
