We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Gurugram and manage the complete customer journey — from lead qualification and showroom consultation to design coordination, negotiation and closure.
Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Sales
Handle leads generated through Google, SEO, social media, referrals and other marketing channels.
Understand customer requirements, budget, lifestyle and design preferences.
Qualify leads and convert them into showroom visits and sales opportunities.
Conduct showroom consultations and product presentations.
Follow up systematically with prospective customers.
Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals.
Negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining company margins.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Customer Consultation
Understand kitchen and wardrobe requirements and translate customer needs into suitable solutions.
Explain materials, finishes, hardware, accessories and product specifications.
Coordinate with the design team to develop solutions aligned with the customer's requirements and budget.
Present designs and quotations professionally to customers.
Build long-term relationships with homeowners, architects and interior designers.
Sales Process Management
Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in CRM.
Track every prospect from initial enquiry through closure.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with design, production and installation teams when required.
