YOUR MISSION
100 Franchise Businesses in 12 Months – PAN INDIA
You will own the complete franchise expansion funnel—from lead generation, partner acquisition,



negotiations and closure to onboarding and successful launch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own and drive the 100-in-12 expansion target with monthly, weekly and daily milestones
• Identify and acquire franchise partners across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle—from lead generation to agreement signing
• Build a strong franchise pipeline with minimal dependency on inbound leads
• Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify high-potential locations
• Onboard new franchise partners and ensure successful launches
• Provide franchisees with training, curriculum, technology and marketing support
• Monitor franchisee KPIs and drive Mo M & Qo Q business growth and profitability
• Maintain strong franchisee relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain complete CRM discipline and track every lead, meeting and follow-up
• Prepare weekly
