About the Role:
We are looking for a agile, strategic, and execution-focused B2 B Operations & solutioning expert at the Assistant Manager role to drive the end-to-end delivery and operational management of our corporate learning and capability building programmes. The role will work closely with corporate clients, internal teams, academic and industry partners, faculty, and programme stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of high-impact B2 B learning journeys.
This role is pivotal in translating client requirements into well-executed programmes, managing programme timelines and deliverables, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality learner and client experience, and driving operational excellence across leadership development, AI enablement, technology, and customised learning programmes.




The role will also support the B2 C client work focusing on program management for successful delivery & student engagement for the executive education programs.
Key responsibilities
1. Client / B2 B Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary operational POC for B2 B clients
Understand client requirements and translate them into proposals (detailing program flow, session plan and execution plan)
Regular status updates, escalation management and issue resolution
Coordinate with client HR/ L&D; teams and other stakeholders.
2. B2 B Program Operations
End-to-end execution of corporate/institutional learning programs
Program onboarding, scheduling and learner communication
Coordinate faculty, mentors, career teams, vendors and internal stakeholders
Ensure sessions, assessments, projects, certificates and other deliverables happen on time
Maintain program trackers, dashboards and MIS
3. Learner & Faculty Coordination
Manage learner onboarding and engagement
Attendance, feedback, queries and
