Manager / Senior Manager – Governance, Operational Risk & Compliance

Compliance & Governance
We are looking for a Compliance & Governance skilled to support the Bermuda entities across regulatory compliance, policy management and Board governance. The role will work closely with management, Board and Committee members and other stakeholders to ensure that regulatory and governance requirements are well understood, appropriately managed and delivered in practice.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Regulatory
- Support the Compliance Framework and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including reviews, findings, actions and follow-up.
- Monitor Bermuda regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business, keeping the regulatory obligations register up to date.
- Coordinate key regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML/ATF, sanctions, conflicts of interest, Fit & Proper requirements, compliance attestations and training.
- Coordinate BMA and other regulatory filings, reports and submissions, and support regulatory inspections,



audits and information requests.
- Draft, review and maintain compliance and other relevant policies and procedures, working with HR and business teams where appropriate.
- Support compliance reporting to management and the relevant Board and Committees, including tracking issues and actions through to completion.
- Review relevant reinsurance and treaty agreements and requirements, including related reporting and analysis.

Governance
- Support the governance of the Bermuda entities, including the Board and Committee calendar, notices, agendas, meeting materials, minutes and action tracking.
- Coordinate the preparation and collation of Board and Committee papers, working with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure materials are clear, complete and delivered on time.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements for Board members and other participants where required
