About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pre/Post Diligence, Closing & Settlement / Legal Coordinator to support the Legal and Closing team of a leading luxury real estate auction company.
The role will support transactions from the pre-auction diligence stage through post-auction closing and settlement, working closely with internal legal, closing, operations and transaction teams, as well as external attorneys, title/escrow companies, buyers, sellers, agents and other transaction stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience with U.S. real estate transactions, title/closing processes, legal documentation, due diligence, transaction coordination, or real estate legal support.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Auction / Pre-Closing Due Diligence
- Assist with gathering, organizing and reviewing property and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate collection of due diligence materials from sellers, agents, attorneys, title companies and other third parties.
- Maintain organized transaction files and ensure required documents are received and properly stored.




- Track outstanding diligence items, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Review documents for completeness, consistency and missing information and escalate issues to the appropriate legal or closing team member.
- Assist with reviewing property-related documents, title reports, surveys, contracts, disclosures and other transaction materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure transactions are prepared for closing.

Post-Auction / Closing & Settlement
- Support transactions after the auction through closing and settlement.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, attorneys, title/escrow companies and agents to keep transactions moving toward the scheduled closing date.
- Track deposits, closing documents, title requirements and other transaction milestones.
