Objective:
To manage end-to-end inspection and valuation processes within the assigned territory by ensuring timely execution, accurate quality checks, effective pricing, and strong client relationship management to drive repeat business and business growth.
Accountability:
•
Monitor and manage inflow of inspection leads from clients and ensure timely action.
•
Coordinate with client SPOCs to facilitate inspections and provide regular status updates.
•
Perform quality checks on valuation reports by verifying vehicle details, images, and supporting data.
•
Determine and update pricing of assets based on QC findings and market value assessment.
•
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and increase client share.
•
Address client queries and resolve issues related to reports, valuation, and quality via calls and emails.
•
Coordinate closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
•
Conduct training sessions for client executives on system usage and process workflows.
•
Ensure adherence to defined TAT and quality standards across all inspections and reports.
