Territory Sales Manager – OEM & Distribution
Location: Ludhiana
Territory Coverage: Punjab, with primary focus on Ludhiana, Bathinda.
Reporting To: Regional/National Sales Manager – Furniture Solutions (FS)

Position Summary
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing both OEM and Distribution business across Ludhiana. The incumbent will focus on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer and dealer network, developing recent markets, strengthening relationships with OEMs and influencers, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective territory sales strategy for furniture components, including edge bands and related products.
- Manage and grow both OEM and Distribution/Dealer business across the assigned territory.
- Give primary attention to business development in Ludhiana, while also managing opportunities across Ludhiana.
- Identify, appoint and develop dealers, distributors and channel partners within the territory.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospective OEMs,



furniture manufacturers, modular furniture companies and other institutional customers.
- Strengthen relationships with existing OEM customers, dealers and distributors to drive repeat and incremental business.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, engineers, designers, contractors and other influencers to generate demand.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, buying patterns, competitor activities and emerging industry trends.
- Deliver detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, channel partners and influencers.
- Prepare commercial proposals, cost estimates and quotations in coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Drive both primary and secondary sales by working closely with dealers, distributors, OEMs and influencers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
