About the Role
As an SAT Counsellor, you'll own the full sales cycle for our SAT test-prep offering in the US market — engaging prospective students and parents, understanding their college-admissions goals, and consultatively closing them into the right program. This is a target-driven, individual-contributor closing role where your product knowledge, empathy and communication skills directly drive enrollments and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective students and parents in the US market via calls, video counselling, instant messaging (WhatsApp) and other channels to sell ACE Academy's SAT test-prep courses.
- Understand each student's college-admissions goals, academic background and timeline, and recommend the most suitable SAT program through consultative selling.
- Own the complete sales funnel from lead qualification and product demonstration to closing, enrollment and post-sale relationship.
- Drive conversions through effective follow-ups, robust objection handling, and clear articulation of the value of our SAT prep.




- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Handle high-value / premium student profiles while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
- Deliver a student-first experience that generates referrals and repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience selling SAT / test-prep or study-abroad courses to US consumers (international EdTech sales strongly preferred).
- Bachelor's degree (graduation) in any discipline is required.
- Proven, documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth as an individual contributor.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication fluency is essential for engaging US students and parents.
