MANNATT GUPTA is a contemporary luxury womenswear label focused on distinctive silhouettes, refined craftsmanship, intricate surface development, and a up-to-date approach to luxury. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Assistant Fashion Designer to join our design team in Noida.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of contemporary fashion, excellent design sensibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the design team throughout the collection development process, from research and concept development to final execution.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, colour stories, and visual references.
- Create accurate and detailed fashion sketches and technical illustrations.
- Assist with fabric, trim, embroidery, surface development, and garment detailing.
- Work closely with pattern masters, sampling teams, embroiderers, and production teams to ensure design intent is translated accurately.
- Prepare and maintain technical design documents, specifications,



and sampling details.
- Assist with fittings, alterations, corrections, and sample development.
- Research current fashion, design, textiles, techniques, and international contemporary luxury trends.
- Support the team with design presentations, collection documentation, and other creative requirements.
- Maintain organised records of designs, samples, fabrics, trims, and ongoing developments.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fashion design, preferably within contemporary, luxury, premium, or designer womenswear.
- Strong understanding of fashion design, silhouettes, proportions, fabrics, construction, and garment detailing.
- Excellent fashion illustration and sketching skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
