nJob Summary:
nWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing property deals, with a focus on alternative real estate such as co-living, hostels, and hotels. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with property owners and brokers.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Source and acquire suitable properties (Hotels, Hostels, Co-living, Residential, Commercial, and Alternative assets).n
- Conduct market surveys, site visits, and feasibility analysis.n
- Negotiate commercial terms and close acquisition deals.n
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners.n
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Projects, Finance, Operations) for onboarding properties.n
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers of acquisition activities.n
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.n

nEligibility Criteria:
n
- n
- 1+ years of real estate sales experience in sourcing and closing deals, preferably in alternative assets (Hotel/Hostel/Co-living).n
- Good knowledge of residential, commercial, and alternative real estate markets.n
- Strong familiarity with the Pune market. Exposure to other metro/sub-metro markets is an advantage.n
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Street-smart, proactive, and target-driven mindset.n
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively, including intercity travel.n
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other basic software tools.n
