About the Department:
The Finance Operations department in the company handles all the financial and investment decisions. It primarily focuses on maximizing shareholder value through long-term and short-term financial planning and the implementation of various strategies. It aims to maximize the value of a business through the planning and execution of resources.

The Role & Responsibilities
The Executive Vice President - Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable will lead TresVista’s end-to-end revenue-to-cash agenda, with ownership across invoicing, collections, credit risk, revenue assurance, pricing insights, customer contract inputs, cash forecasting, and O2C transformation. This is a high-impact, customer-facing leadership role requiring robust commercial judgement, business acumen, analytical depth, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Legal, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Product, and business leadership.
Beyond traditional AR accounting, revenue accounting, revenue gap assessment, statutory audit support, DSO calculation, and transaction governance,



the role will be expected to create measurable business value by anticipating risks, solving structural issues, improving cash predictability, and using technology, dashboards, automation, AI/RPA, and analytics to build a scalable O2C operating model.

Key Role Deliverables:
- Commercial Finance, Revenue Insights & Pricing Governance
- Partner with business and commercial teams to evaluate pricing models, cost inflators, customer discounts, sales commissions, CAC, customer lifetime value, ARR, and revenue added by channel/product
- Provide analytical insights on churn, customer loyalty, customer profitability, customer behavior, and revenue leakage to support strategic decision-making
- Act as a core member of the pricing committee and provide inputs on price structuring, discount governance, customer viability, renewal economics, and commercial risk.
