nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify, engage and convert potential merchants and business partners, particularly across high-risk industries.
nThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a proactive approach to lead generation and client acquisition.
nKey Responsibilities
nGenerate and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and other channels.
nIdentify and target potential high-risk merchants and businesses requiring payment processing solutions.
nBuild and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
nUnderstand merchant requirements related to payment gateways, payment processing, acquiring, and payment orchestration.
nPresent Money EU’s payment solutions and value proposition to prospective clients.
nHandle the sales process from lead generation → qualification → negotiation → conversion → onboarding.
nBuild strong and long-term relationships with merchants, partners, and business stakeholders.
nConduct regular follow-ups and effectively move prospects through the sales funnel.
nWork closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations and Payments teams to facilitate smooth merchant onboarding.
nStay updated on market trends, competitors, and developments within the global payments and high-risk payments industry.
nAchieve defined sales, revenue, and business acquisition targets.
nMaintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM.
