nThe Role
nYour primary responsibility is finding the right businesses, surfacing the right pain, and getting qualified decision-makers onto a discovery call with our team. Quality SQLs over volume, always.



High-performing SDRs will have the opportunity to take on a broader scope within the sales process after an initial period of shadowing and performance review.

nResponsibilities

- n
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients that meet our ICPn
- Conduct outbound outreach via email and calls using agreed tools and messaging frameworksn
- Book qualified discovery calls between prospects and the Leoserve sales teamn
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline status in the CRMn
- Shadow discovery and closing calls when invited to do so by the teamn
- Provide weekly updates on outreach activity, lead quality, and pipeline statusn

nWho We Are Looking For

- n
- At least 5 years of outbound B2B tech sales experiencen
- Comfortable with both email and call-based outreach and can run a structured multi-touch sequencen
- Qualifies rigorously before booking. An unqualified call wastes everyone's timen
- Self-managed and does not need to be chased for updates or outputn
- Experienced wit
