Job SummaryOTUHRPLUS is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and business development across the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HRMS, SaaS, IT software or B2B technology sales , with a proven ability to build teams, manage key accounts, develop channel partnerships and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Mumbai and the assigned market.
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales, channel sales and strategic business development.
- Lead, mentor and manage the regional sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, HR heads,



business owners and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Develop and strengthen channel/partner networks across the region.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, conversion ratios and revenue performance.
- Work closely with implementation, support and internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and regional opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate revenue forecasts to management.
- Take ownership of regional revenue, team productivity and business development initiatives.
