We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to provide subject matter expertise across complex payroll operations and transformation initiatives. This role will help ensure accurate, efficient, compliant, and secure payroll processes for a global workforce. You will contribute to payroll projects, process improvements, data management, and technology-enabled solutions. The position involves close collaboration with HR, finance, external providers, and other strategic stakeholders. You will also help strengthen employee-facing payroll services while maintaining high standards for data integrity and information security. Accountabilities:
- Lead and contribute to payroll projects focused on implementing core practices, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening service delivery.




- Apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to identify and resolve complex payroll discrepancies, risks, and process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with HR, finance, payroll teams, external providers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective payroll solutions.
- Translate complex payroll concepts, processes, and requirements into explicit and accessible communications for internal and external audiences.
- Identify opportunities for creativity and innovation, developing new payroll solutions and continuously improving existing processes.
- Contribute to customer service design initiatives aimed at improving the payroll experience for employees.
- Establish and maintain strong data management practices across payroll-related information and processes.
