This role offers the opportunity to support the successful delivery of complex SAP implementation projects within a collaborative and internationally distributed workplace. You will contribute to project setup, planning, governance, and execution while helping establish the structures needed for effective project delivery. The position combines SAP project management expertise with cross-functional coordination, methodology application, and stakeholder communication. You will work with teams across regions and time zones, using tools such as JIRA and SAP Cloud ALM to organize project activities and maintain visibility. The role provides exposure to projects across different industries and opportunities to strengthen both project leadership and business process expertise. It is well suited to an experienced SAP project professional who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in dynamic global environments.





Accountabilities:
- Support project setup and configuration using JIRA and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) according to project requirements.
- Help establish and maintain project repository structures, documentation, and project governance materials.
- Apply SAP Activate methodology to project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks, milestones, and deliverables are effectively managed and completed.
- Support project managers in establishing projects internally, including coordination of processes, resources, responsibilities, and delivery expectations.
- Assist with project planning, tracking, reporting, and day-to-day coordination across multiple workstreams.
