As a Senior SDET at Akamai, this role involves building, validating, and releasing software for ARM-based platforms. Collaboration with international cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and developers, ensures the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for:
- ARM & System Engineering: Work with ARM64/AArch64 and Linux environments, troubleshooting architecture-specific issues across applications, libraries, operating systems,



and system resources.
- Developing automation and scripts with Python and Shell while enhancing CI/CD pipelines to optimize build reliability, validation, and release efficiency.
- Investigating complex build and runtime failures using system-level tools, logs, core dumps, and debugging techniques to identify root causes.
- Building infrastructure: Collaborating with compilers, linkers, dependencies, cross-compilation, and build systems like CMake, Make, GCC, and Clang.
- Working in an agile workplace and collaborating with geographically distributed engineering teams.

- Possess 5+ of relevant experience in SDET, software engineering, build/release engineering, or a related field within computer science.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Linux/Unix systems, ARM64/AArch64 architecture, and system testing using physical HIL setu
