What would you do? • •The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for delivering end to end compensation and benefits services, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with policies,



and timely resolution of employee and client requests.

• The role involves interaction with employees, managers, and client stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert for compensation and benefits processes while driving process efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
