As Data Governance Lead, you will strengthen how enterprise data is governed, trusted and reused. You will partner with stakeholders to define practical requirements for automated data and AI governance, so platforms, solutions and data products stay secure, compliant and trusted within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Your work will help teams turn data and AI into real progress for people living with reliable chronic diseases.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Lead who can improve business processes through the practical use of data and AI, and deliver trusted data for enterprise solutions. You will bring:
- At least 10 years of experience in data governance, data management or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of data governance principles, practices and frameworks, with experience building enterprise-wide governance programmes.
- Experience developing governance guidelines, standards and policies in life sciences or pharmaceuticals,



aligned with regulatory requirements.
- A robust understanding of data quality, metadata management and data lineage across governance frameworks and data platforms.
- The ability to collaborate across functions, explain complex topics clearly and build alignment with senior stakeholders.
- Experience governing enterprise-scale data products and applying modern data practices such as FAIR data, DCAM, ALCOA+ or pharmaceutical data standards.
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills in a matrix organisation.
- A master’s degree in data science, computer science, information management or a related field.

You will set the direction for enterprise data governance and turn it into practical, measurable practice. You will:
- Define and maintain clear data governance guidelines, standards and policies covering data quality, integrity, privacy, ethics and compliance.
