Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA/KTA) Senior Developer to design, develop, and deploy Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in document capture, classification, extraction, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise applications.
Exposure to AI-powered document processing, OCR technologies, and intelligent automation platforms will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA/TTA) solutions for document capture and business process automation.
- Configure document classification, extraction, validation,



and workflow processes.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, connectors, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Configure OCR technologies and optimize document recognition accuracy.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement workflows, forms, queues, and business rules within TotalAgility.
- Integrate TotalAgility solutions with ERP, CRM, ECM, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Support deployment, testing, enhancements, and production releases.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Document Processing.
