- Lead the development and deployment of scalable language model architectures to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader systems and applications.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Robust understanding of deep learning frameworks and their application in language model training.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize model
