Role Summary
Software Development Engineers I support production operations while building foundational expertise in software engineering, cloud platforms, automation, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production applications.
- Execute standard operational procedures.
- Assist with deployments and production validation.
- Develop small automation utilities.
- Support incident investigations.
- Learn cloud operations and observability practices.
- Participate in on-call support under guidance.
- Contribute to reliability improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of software development experience.
- Good Java programming knowledge.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Basic SQL and database concepts.
