Job Summary
The Paid Social SME will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant social advertising platforms to drive awareness, engagement, leads, conversions, app installs,



and revenue. The ideal candidate will bring proven B2B paid social experience, preferably supporting clients targeting Fortune 5000 companies, enterprise audiences, and key B2B decision-makers, with a strong understanding of how paid social supports broader B2B demand-generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary SME for Paid Social, guiding strategy, execution, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting across social advertising platforms.
- Develop and execute B2B paid social strategies focused on enterprise audiences, high-value accounts, lead generation, pipeline, and revenue growth.
- Develop paid social strategies, media plans, forecasts, budgets, and investment recommendations aligned with business and campaign objectives.
