We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business & Operations Leader to help drive the next phase of growth for a fast-scaling, sustainability-focused D2C consumer brand.
The role requires a robust understanding of consumer businesses, D2C growth, commercial strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into scalable strategies, strengthen operating capabilities, and drive sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, operational discipline, and hands-on execution, with the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth consumer environment.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion,



and long-term business value.
- Work closely with leadership to define business priorities, growth plans, operating models, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive D2C growth across customer acquisition, retention, conversion, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyse business, customer, financial, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, ecommerce, product, supply chain, operations, finance, and customer experience.
- Establish scalable processes, systems, and operating rhythms to support rapid business growth.
- Monitor business performance against key commercial and operational objectives and drive corrective actions where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, margins, customer experience, and overall business performance.
