Description

This role involves the installation, configuration, and support of enterprise telephony solutions across various locations, including airport locations, corporate offices, contact centers, service centers, and remote branches. The role requires performing telephony deployments, site readiness assessments, device provisioning, and MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes) activities for business users and operational locations.

Responsibilities
- Configure extensions, voicemail, hunt groups, auto attendants, call queues, contact center integrations, and user telephony profiles.
- Support Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Telephony, SIP-based voice platforms, contact center telephony solutions, and cloud voice services.
- Troubleshoot voice and call quality issues including packet loss, latency, jitter, one-way audio, dropped calls, registration failures, and service outages.
- Manage SIP trunks, PSTN connectivity, DID provisioning, emergency calling services, voice gateways, and telecom circuit operations.
- Coordinate with telecom carriers, managed service providers,



and vendors for circuit activations, incident resolution, number porting, capacity upgrades, and service restorations.
- Execute telephony migrations, cutovers, testing, validation, and Hypercare support during technology refresh and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Network, EUC, Infrastructure, Security, and Contact Center teams to resolve LAN, WAN, VLAN, QoS, Wi-Fi, and PoE-related voice service issues.
- Maintain accurate telephony asset inventory, configuration records, circuit documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.
- Support Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Major Incident processes through ServiceNow while meeting defined SLAs and SLOs.
- Provide onsite and remote support for business locations, airport rental facilities, reservation centers, and corporate users.
