About The Job:
- We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer with 5-7+ years of overall IT experience and deep, hands-on expertise across the Workday integration technology stack.
- This role owns the design, build, testing, and support of complex Workday integrations spanning HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Talent, and partners closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and well-governed technical solutions.

EIB fundamentals with Workday Extend application development and practical experience applying AI/automation capabilities within and outside the Workday ecosystem.

Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Extend, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Build and maintain custom applications, orchestrations, and extensions on the Workday Extend platform (Standard and Professional), including custom business objects, APIs, and UI pages.
- Develop and support outbound/inbound integrations with third-party and downstream systems (payroll providers, advantages carriers, ATS, financial systems, data warehouses, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft).
- Apply Workday AI/automation capabilities (e.g., Workday Illuminate, AI Gateway, extend-based ML skills, and intelligent automation features) to streamline processes and enhance integration and reporting workflows.
