What this job involves:
- Resolve queries and transactions related to core HR processes.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of federal and state labor law compliance across AMER region.
- Knowledge of state-specific employment regulations, wage and hour laws.
- Analyze complex business processes to identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions that strengthen operational effectiveness and compliance for global employees.
