Candescent is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented SEO / AEO Specialist to grow our organic search visibility and traffic from one of our India office locations. You will own hands-on execution across keyword research, on-page and technical optimisation, and content collaboration,



while tracking performance and translating data into transparent recommendations.
This is an execution-focused role. The Web Strategy Manager sets overall search direction and priorities; you own the day-to-day work that delivers against them. You will work closely with content, web development, and demand generation teams to ensure our site is discoverable, fast, and well-structured for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven answer experiences.
