About the Role
Neolytix runs its operations on a set of third-party workforce tools, including Dialpad for communication and Hubstaff for time and productivity tracking. These tools only deliver value when they are properly administered and actively used. When licenses go unmanaged or teams aren't using tools correctly, it creates waste and compliance gaps.
As an IT Systems Analyst, you will wear two hats. The first is platform administrator: you will manage user accounts, assign and revoke licenses, onboard recent joiners, offboard exits, and be the go-to person for access and user management across these tools. The second is analyst: you will track adoption, monitor compliance,



manage license costs, and produce Excel-based reports and dashboards for IT and management.
This is an entry-level role open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Strong Excel skills and an organised, detail-oriented approach are the core requirements. You will develop the full scope with guidance from the IT Manager.
What You'll Do
Platform Administration & User Management
- Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts across Dialpad, Hubstaff, and other assigned tools.
- Assign and revoke licenses based on team requirements, role changes, and access levels.
- Onboard new employees to tools and ensure timely offboarding of departed staff.
- Manage user permissions and access control settings within each platform.
- Serve as the first point of contact for user access issues, login problems, and tool-related queries.
