About Datahash
Datahash is a privacy-centric first-party data platform. Our core product, Datahash Signals, gives marketers low-code, no-code integrations between web, app, e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation and data warehouses on one side and the major ad channels on the other: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Amazon and more. We are one of a handful of badged integration partners across these channels and work with them directly on first-party data adoption programmes, where advertisers are moving to server-side integrations, conversions APIs and privacy-secure measurement. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and run across Dubai, Bangalore, Mumbai and London with clients in EMEA, India, Africa, APAC and the US.
The role
You are the first human touch on inbound and outbound pipeline. Our agents research accounts, draft sequences from first-party and partner data, and qualify inbound website leads; you review, personalise and send every message (nothing external goes out without a person), hold the first conversation, qualify, and book meetings for the account executives.
You also work the website inbound queue with our demand operations, where the target is a first touch within 30 minutes.
What you will do
- Send and converse. Review and send about 150 agent-drafted, personalised sequences a month, hold the replies, and qualify.
- Book. 20 to 25 qualified meetings a month for the AEs and the Solution Consultant, with a written handover on each.
- Inbound. Own the response-time target on website leads: qualify, route, first touch inside 30 minutes during working hours.
- Source pipeline. 400K of sourced pipeline a quarter, tracked in CRM by source and sequence.
- Feed the machine. Log every reply and objection so the agents and the coaching bank learn from your week.
What success looks like
- Meetings and sourced pipeline on target each quarter.
- Response-time target on inbound consistently met.
- Handover quality rated well by the AEs you feed.
