Role & Responsibilities:
- Supporting Central ORM and Head of Framework in the development, deployment and operation of the ORM Policy and Procedures and assuring Central ORM’s role in the ORM framework is executed as per Policy and Procedures
- Help design and prepare BRD’s where required to capture the OPERA enhancement requirement from various involving global, regional, IT, and ORM teams
- Proactive partnership with Global ORM teams and IT to gather requirement for changes and amendment
