As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for travelers exploring group-trip opportunities around the world. You’ll engage with high-intent prospects, understand their travel goals, and help them find experiences that match their needs and expectations. Working across WhatsApp, email, phone, chat, and social media, you’ll guide prospects from initial interest through booking. Your conversations will directly contribute to revenue growth while helping travelers make confident decisions. You’ll combine structured sales processes with a consultative, personable approach and have the autonomy to test ideas and improve the customer journey. This is a fully remote, frontline sales role in a rapid-moving and globally oriented environment.

Accountabilities:
- Engage promptly and thoughtfully with travelers who have expressed interest in group trips.




- Initiate and manage meaningful conversations through email, phone, WhatsApp, chat, social media, and other digital channels.
- Understand each prospect’s travel goals, preferences, budget, expectations, and plans.
- Qualify leads and identify the group-trip experiences that best match each traveler.
- Guide prospects throughout their decision-making process and address questions or concerns related to pricing, destinations, logistics, and the group experience.
- Convert qualified opportunities into booked travelers and consistently follow up to prevent promising leads from being lost.
- Maintain accurate traveler information, interactions, and sales activity in HubSpot or other CRM systems.
- Monitor customer questions, objections, interests, and needs to identify recurring themes and opportunities for improvement.
- Share customer insights with the wider team to help improve sales conversations, marketing
