Ashland has an exciting prospect for an Analyst-Global Customer request team-Personal Care to join our business at our Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Global Customer request team-personal Care function. This position will report to Assistant Manager – Customer request team -Personal Care (Quality, Regulatory and Sustainability).

Key responsibilities of Analyst - Customer request team, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide high-quality, accurate and customer-focused responses to customer requests related to quality, regulatory,



and sustainability.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests within established service level agreements and turnaround times (TATs).
- Review customer inquiries and identify available information from internal systems, databases, and approved resources.
- Reviewing, negotiating and maintaining Quality Agreements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across Regulatory Affairs, REACH, Manufacturing, Quality, Sustainability, and other business functions to obtain information needed to support customer requests.
- Complete customer specification reviews, customer questionnaires, surveys, assessments, and other information requests by gathering and consolidating information from multiple sources.
- Support documentation readiness for new launches.
- Support the completion customer questionnaires requiring coordination across multiple internal stakeholders.
