Role

Leading Cross Functional Teams for building end to end Digital Solutions which help solve Customer Needs. This includes building and owning Capabilities/Tech Platforms for enhancing end-to-end Customer journey for PAM (Parts, Accessories & Merchandise) Sales and Digitization of Business Processes, hence helping align Product Delivery with Strategic Business Goals.

A purpose driven role for you

Define the Product Roadmap and Strategy in alignment with the Business goals.

The role has the responsibility of working in collaboration with Product Owners and relevant cross functional teams in IT, Sales, Marketing for end to end capability development for Digital solutions for PAM Business enablement

Visualize, Plan and Build a consumer journey which users love.

To design and manage the PAM (Parts, Accessories & Merchandise) function of Hero Connect, SAP/BIZ,



official & micro websites and mobility applications in coordination with multiple stakeholders across organisation in order to achieve effective and effective eco system for channel partners, customers and employees

Govern Implementation of ongoing PAM solutions and ensure timely cadence with PAM Business Stakeholders around the current progress.

Collaborate with business teams on Business Process Optimization to ensure digital solutions align with operational efficiency goals.

Lead the implementation of end-to-end capabilities and tech platforms for customer journey with respect to traffic –lead-acquisition for D2C sales for Parts, Accessories and merchandise business

Drive UI/UX design and perform A/B testing to optimize consumer digital journeys and improve conversion rates.

Responsible for analysing Digital Funnel Analytics along with Marketing and take specific actions to maximize conversion including driving organic traffic on the website

Build an effective GTM strategy for PAM Digital solutions in collaboration with Business Partners and respective Product Owners
