About the role:

As a Change & Program Manager within the Global Business Services organization, you will lead organizational change activities across strategic transformation and transition initiatives within a global and highly matrixed environment.
This role is primarily focused on driving successful organizational adoption, stakeholder alignment, leadership engagement,



communication and people readiness across complex business transformations. In addition, the role will support selected program and transition management activities to help ensure successful execution and sustainable business outcomes.
You will partner closely with business leaders, HR, Communications, operational teams, and project stakeholders to ensure transformation initiatives are not only delivered operationally, but also successfully adopted across the organization.
