Job purpose:



The Application Engineer is responsible for providing Tier 2 production and non-production support for business-critical trading and enterprise applications across StoneX business units. The role focuses on incident management, application monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, customer support, and continuous improvement of application support processes.
- Provide Tier 2 support for third-party and internally developed applications.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more applications such as Murex, TwoFour, or other trading platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production and non-production application issues.
- Support incident management activities and ensure timely resolution during production outages.
- Manage support tickets and service requests while meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business teams to resolve issues.
