Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, administer, configure, and troubleshoot security appliances, including Firewalls, VPN, Antivirus, IPS/IDS, Deep Security, Deep Discovery Inspector, Email Gateway, and other security devices.
- Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet and Sophos Firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, Proxy, Email Gateway, and other security solutions.
- Perform daily monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, resources, systems, key processes, applications, and appliance logs.
- Verify the completion of scheduled jobs and take corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Analyze security alerts and escalate critical incidents to relevant support, incident response, or technical teams.
- Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of security devices, including backup and restoration activities, to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Triage and respond to security incidents such as malware infections, phishing attempts, and unauthorized access.
- Assist with incident containment, eradication, and recovery activities.
- Maintain incident tickets, operational records, and security-related documentation.
