About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Controller to own core finance and controllership activities at Aurassure. The role will work closely with senior leadership and founders, with responsibility for month-end closure, financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance, reconciliations, audit support, and balance sheet integrity.

This role is suited for a Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup workplace and is comfortable taking end-to-end ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Month-End Closure
- Drive timely month-end, quarter-end,



and annual book closures.
- Review provisions, accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare P&L;, balance sheet schedules, and financial reporting packs.
- Ensure accounting is aligned with Indian GAAP and applicable statutory requirements.

2. Reconciliations & Inventory Accounting
- Perform reconciliations for bank, customers, vendors, intercompany, GST, and TDS.
- Work with Operations and Supply Chain teams on hardware inventory and BOM accounting.
- Track GR/IR, component sourcing costs, and finished goods movement across deployment sites.

3. Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliations.
- Handle TDS/TCS and advance tax workings.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Ensure compliance related to government grants, MSME reporting, and other regulatory submissions.
