About the Role- We are looking for a MICE Sales / Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and acquire corporate clients for our OFFGRYD, Voyalys’s MICE vertical . The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, client acquisition, and relationship-building skills , along with experience in B2B sales, hospitality, corporate sales, travel, or related industries is preferred. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new B2B leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels. Connect with HR, Admin, Founders, CXOs, and other corporate decision-makers. Understand client requirements for corporate offsites, conferences, incentive trips, team outings, and events. Conduct client meetings and present suitable solutions, proposals, and quotations.



Build robust relationships with corporate clients and identify opportunities for repeat business. Negotiate commercials and close deals effectively. Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle, from initial conversation to closure. Coordinate with internal travel, operations, and event teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track leads, proposals, conversions, and revenue. Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships. What We're Looking Fo r 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Corporate Sales. Prior experience in Hospitality, Corporate Travel, Travel & Tourism, Hotels, MICE, or related industries is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
