Your new role

As a PV Process Excellence Specialist, you will support the strategic governance and continuous improvement of global pharmacovigilance processes and ways of working. Working closely with the Director of PV Process Excellence, the EU QPPV, Deputy QPPVs, Global Patient Safety leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure solid operational governance of pharmacovigilance regulatory intelligence, process change and organisational training. The PV Process Excellence team sits at the centre of the pharmacovigilance quality management system, translating emerging regulatory requirements into sustainable,



compliant and efficient processes across the organisation.

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include assignment into one or more of the following PV Process Excellence areas:
- Facilitating overall governance board logistics, including agenda setting, meeting scheduling, minutes and actions tracking, ensuring operational rigour and efficiency across global governance boards
- Actively managing tracking and oversight of systematic surveillance and assessment of emerging pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines and industry best practices
- Providing operational support to ensure maturity and inspection readiness of pharmacovigilance processes, standards and procedures, including oversight of completeness of impact assessments across the pharmacovigilance system
- Implementing PV Process Excellence activities that ensure training completeness and timeliness within the Novo Nordisk pharmacovigilance syst
