About the Role
Refrens is hiring a SaaS Sales Executive for our Surat office to help agencies and small businesses across India discover and adopt our software solutions.
This is a 100% office-based inside sales role — no field visits, no cold outreach required. Every lead you work is pre-qualified and assigned to you by the Sales Manager . Your job is to engage the lead, understand their business needs, demo the right Refrens solution, and close the deal.
We welcome freshers with some early sales exposure (6 months to 1 year) — whether from an internship, a short stint in sales, or a related client-facing role. Key Responsibilities
- Engage Pre-Qualified Leads: Connect with prospects assigned by the Sales Manager and run structured, goal-oriented sales conversations.
- Understand Client Needs: Run discovery calls to identify each prospect's business challenges and map them to Refrens' product capabilities.
- Deliver Product Demos:
Present explicit, tailored product demonstrations that communicate value with confidence.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through every stage of the buying journey to close.
- Hit Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets, contributing to overall team growth.
- Stay Product-Sharp: Keep up with product updates, industry trends, and competitor positioning to advise clients accurately.
Who We're Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, tele-calling, business development, or a similar client-facing role — internships count.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication in English ; confident and persuasive on calls.
- Results-driven mindset with genuine interest in sales, client engagement, and business development.
