About the Role

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Contract Drafting and Negotiation

● Draft and review routine commercial and project contracts — including NDAs, vendor and procurement agreements, land documents, and ancillary project agreements.

● Support negotiation of PPAs, EPC/O&M; and other project contracts, and assist with M&A; and financing due diligence, including data room management and diligence summaries.

Project Development and Business Support

● Provide day-to-day legal support to project teams during development and execution.
