As an Engineering Manager, you will lead software development initiatives while supporting a team of engineers in delivering reliable, high-quality solutions. You will oversee projects from planning through execution, ensuring priorities, timelines, resources, and business objectives remain aligned. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will help translate goals into actionable engineering plans and remove obstacles that affect delivery. The role combines technical leadership, project management, people development, and operational responsibility. You will coach and mentor engineers, provide meaningful performance feedback, and contribute to hiring and team growth.
