We are looking to hire a Software Engineer Technical Lead to be responsible for guiding a software development team through technical execution, including defining architecture, selecting technologies, and delivering high-quality, scalable multi-tier SaaS/on-premise solutions.
Acting as both a technical expert and hands-on developer, the Technical Lead mentors team members, ensures adherence to coding standards and quality practices, and actively participates in design, development, and code reviews. Collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams, this role drives continuous improvement in agile methodologies, development processes, and engineering best practices, ensuring consistent, reliable, and maintainable software delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide technical leadership in solving complex engineering challenges, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues,



application bottlenecks, and database performance challenges.
- Lead technical design initiatives across products and platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term engineering strategy and business goals.
- Drive the design and implementation of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions using up-to-date engineering practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Support, Security, Operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Contribute to organization-wide engineering standards, architectural governance, reusable frameworks, and shared technical capabilities.
- Participate actively in technical reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and engineering communities of practice.
