Description
The person in this role is responsible for leading the design, delivery, implementation, and ongoing support of high-quality application solutions. At lead/manager level, the role is accountable not only for technical execution, but also for delivery ownership, team coordination, stakeholder alignment, quality governance, operational stability, and continuous improvement across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
The person in this role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate business priorities into scalable, secure, maintainable, and business-aligned technology solutions. The role is expected to provide technical leadership, guide team members, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership, Requirements Analysis & Estimation
- Lead requirement analysis discussions with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams.
- Translate business, functional,



and non-functional requirements into solution scope, technical approach, delivery plan, and implementation priorities.
- Own or review effort estimation, delivery planning, resource requirements, and execution timelines for assigned initiatives.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints, and drive mitigation plans with stakeholders.
- Ensure requirement documents, user stories, solution notes, and technical specifications are complete, transparent, and aligned with agreed scope.

Solution Design
- Provide technical leadership in converting enterprise architecture and business needs into detailed solution designs and implementation plans.
- Review and approve design artifacts, workflows, integration approaches, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
- Evaluate design alternatives and guide the team toward scalable, secure, high-performing, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions.
